Customer Ratings: - Big & bold. Bought this for my mum who is elderly & finds buttons on normal phones very difficult. This one is easy for her to use. The large display is great too. It s also simple to use the phonebook to dial numbers. At last a product designed with the elderly/disabled in mind. Now want to find the same in a mobile phone!

- We got what we wanted. What was in the box was just as expected. The setting up was easy and all worked first time. The short names in the Directory are a problem, that is why it is not 5*. Also, the cable sockets on the units supplied are not compatible with those on the single unit bought earlier, so the cables cannot be interchanged.
