| A Brief Introduction to ICIF. Approved by the Department Of Foreign Trade And Economic Cooperation Of Guangdong Province, “China (Shenzhen) International Children’s Industry Fair (i.e. ICIF)” will be held on November 7-9, 2008 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. The Profile include toys, foods, clothing and accessories, education, nurture, cartoons and comics, literatures, electronics, articles for pregnancy and babies and articles for learning. According to the latest statistics of Bureau of Statistics of China in 2006, 0-3 years-old infants have reached 70 million and the annual growth rate of consumption of children is over 10%. As a result of China's nearly 30 years of the implementation of family planning policy and several thousand more a culture of high expectations for the children, it creates the present status of thousands of children of the love rolled into one. It is obvious that children's commodities in the market of China will have unlimited broad space for development in future. Looking forward to meeting you in Shenzhen City of China! V.Procedure: Registration The exhibitor should fill in the attached Reply slip and stamp company chop, and then return it to the host by post or fax before September 15th,2008. The exhibitor should show certificates from authorities and entities before presenting brand-name or patent products in the fair. Confirmation After receiving the Reply slip from the exhibitor, the host will examine the application and then fax or mail it to organizing committee office for a writing confirmation. The confirmation booth must not be transferred, or leased, and the exhibitor should not sell products inconsistent with indications in the application. Payment The exhibitor should remit exhibition fee to the bank account designated by the organizing committee within 10 days on receipt of confirmation, while the remittance evidence should to be faxed to the committee. The groups can fulfill payment according to agreements. Arranging Booth After receiving the payment, the organizing committee office will arrange the booth for the exhibitor considering commodity catalogue and sector, and inform the exhibitor of the booth number in writing .All booth are allocated in terms of the principle “Pay first ,get first”.
